Training begins early:
Age 5:
Violinist at the Ozanam Strings Orchestra in Pittsburgh Pa. Classical and Rhythmic music was taught under the direction of the Pittsburgh Symphony. I toured with the orchestra as the youngest violinist, Made television appearances at Mr. Rogers Neighborhood at PBS Studios. I also was musically trained at home by my parents in percussions at first.
Age 10:
I was taught five instruments, Violin, Drums, Piano, Bass Guitar, and Trumpet. I was active in public school music programs and athletic events.
Age 12:
Amassed to playing all brass instruments and began to play basketball and baseball for my school. I created my own rock band with close neighborhood friends as we made our own music and lyrics as well as playing cover tunes. We soon added synthesizers and drum machines to our instrument list which turned us into playing funk music. By the time I was in my teens, I was added the acting roster to the television pilot Equal Justice playing a civil rights activist for one season. During that time I formed a new band and started arranging, writing, and recording our music in my basement music room that was fully equipped. I then learned track recording and program synthesis. Most of my music was a mixture of RnB, Hip Hop and Pop. Then I moved to Los Angeles to produce for and with Dr. Dre in 1994. I was fortunate to land an exclusive production deal with Jimmy Iovine and Dr. Dre to produce a new era of music that changed the sound of west coast hip hop. I brought the orchestral feel to west coast musical recordings.

Comments Presents…The Aftermath
Dr. Dre Presents…The AftermathReleased in the fall of "1996"; Dr. Dre Presents…The Aftermath is a compilation album assembled by Dr. Dre shortly after leaving Death Row Records, and was the first release on his then newly established Aftermath Entertainment Record label which was certified platinum shortly after.
Featured on the album are a bevy of novice acts and producers who were among the earliest signees of Aftermath- particularly Dre’s protégé Stu-B-Doo, also known as Stuart Bullard was the one responsible for bringing a new heavily Orchestrated sound to the new label. Stu-B-Doo previousley known as Stu Fingas from Sam Snead’s Street Scholars production family in Pittsburgh Pa., was imported to Los Angeles to exclusively produce everything for Dr. Dre’s Aftermath Ent. Other producers from Pittsburgh were soon recruited to Aftermath from Sam Sneads camp to help in assisting in production and development of the highly anticipated record label. Dr. Dre , himself, meanwhile is heard on the album—performing, “Been There, Done That”, which became the disc’s most noted. Another one of the album's stand-out moments is the Stu-B-Doo produced track, “East Coast / West Coast Killas”, performed by Nas, RBX, KRS-One and B-Real, under the banner of "Group Therapy". The track (and its multi-coastal line-up) was an answer to, and snubbed, the existing "East Coast-West Coast hip hop rivalry" of the day.

Testamonial I became an active producer/scorer for Landmark Ent. Group in 1999 through 2002 revising the sound applications to the existing theme attractions like Terminator 2 3D, Jurassic Park the Ride for Universal Studios Florida/Hollywood etc. and new attractions like The Mask 3D in Barcelona Spain and The Grammy Exposition in Atlanta Ga. My urban /orchestral production did well for our generation today and the future. I also became instrumental in bringing major talent to Landmark Ent.

Stuart Bullard has taken on consulting major talent adding to his list of ventures in entertainment.

Kel has had a huge following since 1995 and have been entertaining households for years. He has won the Nickelodeon Kids Choice award for "Best Actor", He is a two-time Emmy nominee, and have won the Cable Ace award for "Best Actor". He was on two very successful award winning television shows for Nickelodeon's “Kenan and Kel” and “All That” which brought him worldwide success with fans all over the United States, Europe, Africa, China and Japan. He has been seen on many television shows and networks such as MTV, VH1, G4, E, and NBC just to name a few.

Currently Kel is directing music videos and acting in numerous films and shows, coming out this year. One of the movies coming out this fall called Chicago Pulaski Jones, which Kel wrote and produced. Chicago Pulaski Jones is also Cedric the Entertainers directorial debut.

Kel motivates kids at inner city high-schools with a program called “Kel Mitchell extreme comedy workshop”. He is also traveling the country hosting a dance contest called “Club takeover plus guest hosting for the Dub Magazine Car Show Tour and Concerts.

Back in march of this year, Kel came up with a great idea to team up Dub Magazine with Hyundai. Stuart Bullard worked with Tony Madrigal from Dub to promote this Dub Car Show Event at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

Raffles Entertainment President, Raffles van Exel and V.P. Stuart Bullard, have signed on as Executive Producers for KonLive/Interscope recording artist Colby O'Donis new music video production entitled "Let You Go." The music video is directed by comedian/actor Kel Mitchell who is also managed by Stuart Bullard. Kel Mitchell is best known for his work as a regular cast member on the Nickelodeon sketch comedies "All That," "The Kenan & Kel Show," and for his starring role in Paramount Pictures 1997 hit, "Good Burger."

Colby O'Donis first single, "What You Got" featuring Akon, was released in February 2008. In April 2008, he was featured on the global number one smash hit "Just Dance" alongside KonLive recording artist, Lady GaGa. Colby's debut album "Colby O" was released later that year and went on as an opening act for New Kids on the Block. O'Donis received a Grammy Award nomination for Best Dance Recording for his contribution on Lady GaGa's "Just Dance." Akon's song "Beautiful," which features O' Donis, reached number one on Billboard's top 100 in the USA and is top 40 and climbing on the European music charts.
